The inquest into the death of the late marathoner Samuel Wanjiru has ruled out murder and suicide as cause of death .
The court established that Triza wife to the late marathoner and main suspect was not in the compound by the time Wanjiru fell.
“From the evidence as adduced in court, the court can rule out a push as a cause of death.”She ruled.
The magistrate also annulled the suicide all
” There was not sufficient evidence to support the theory that Wanjiru had plugged into a suicide mission.” She added.
The inquest established that Wanjiru could have slipped and fallen after he was caught in an uncompromising situation in trying to stop his wife from disclosing to anyone.
The inquest adopted the toxicologist report that Wanjiru was heavily intoxicated and could have affected his decision-making, hence the fall
