A 20 year old man was today morning arrested in Nairobi’s Kiamaiko area for allegedly beating his son to death.
Philip Odhiambo was taken to the Huruma Police Station after he confessed to beating his seven year old son to death saying that he regretted the act.
According to Odhiambo he had beat his son as a way of punishing him and left for work, only to find him dead.

The distraught Odhiambo narrated his ordeal at the Police Station amid tears.
“I was only disciplining him, then i left for work. When i came back home to take money for supper, I found him dead,” cried Odhiambo at the police station.
He is expected to be charged in court tomorrow.
