Masauti is set to drop an album dubbed “Ziki La Nazi” in honoring departed singer, Ally B who was a trailblazer of the coastal sound.

According to Masauti, he’d finally seen sense in pushing what Ally B had started despite snobbing it at the onset.

“Niko na album na hiyo album naita ‘Ziki La Nazi”, Ziki La Nazi naita kwa sababu ya kupea respect Ally B, Ally B was pushing that thing called ‘Ziki La Nazi’ na lazima tuipush, hatukuchukulia serious hiyo time alikuwa hai but for now nimeget sense zangu nikaona he was pushing kitu ambayo ilikuwa correct” he stated.

Kept To Himself

The Ipepete singer disclosed that Ally B kept to himself most of the time.

This was why it was hard to know that he was wading through a tumultous period.

“Ally B ni mtu ambaye yuakeep vitu zake ilikuwa rohoni lakini alikuwa na matatizo mimi sikujua maybe mi ningejua ningemsaidia” he noted.

Masauti further noted that it wasn’t easy to know Ally B’s troubles since he wore a vibrant image.

“Ally B ukimwona ndevu zashine amenyoa nini huwezi jua kama ana matatizo lakini maskini” he added partly.
