Jamaicans artistes should just consider getting dual-citizenship and become Kenyans! I mean this guys love our vibe way too much and its something we love (We love attention).
Just come to think of the collabos Kenyan artistes have done with these Jamaican fellows. That’s not everything…..the concerts are. Talk of akina Morgan Heritage, Chris Martin, Gyptian was once here, Natty King, Capleton, Wailing Souls , Cecile and now Alaine just got married to Willy Paul(laughing hard). Let the Tanzanians woo Hip hop….we are just a CONSCIOUS nation!
Well, am not done. Here is the deal…..the reason we have this guys loving us this much is our CULTURE.
Forget the ghetto feel they experience here not to mention Alaine’s love for Mahindi Choma and shooting videos in locations where ‘Ingokho’s are running all over………Matatu Graffiti is everything.
Look around you and you agree with me that indeed Jamaican Reggea and Dsncehall artistes have been appreciated in Kenya than in their own country.
This is why Sing’i Sing’i popular to uptown fellas as Tarrus Riley decided to show Kenyan Matatu Galore some love bag by applauding a matatu plying the Eastern Bypass route all the way to Tala and Kangundo on his Instagram page for simply having his Graffiti image on it!
‘CYAN TOUCH DI LION PAW…All the evils that mean me harm can go back where they came from.Give thanks to @matatugalore #KenyanArt #BlacksoilMyRide #NawpimpnorideLol #Bmg,’’ read the caption.
Well, ain’t this not enough reason to keep us moving with this culture?? How nice!
