Matatu operators have not yet come to terms with the introduction of NYS buses in the transport sector three weeks ago.
Speaking to Ghetto Radio the operators say that the buses are making it hard for them to meet their targets since most commuters prefer the buses than matatus.
They say that the buses are robbing them off their customers yet they are over privileged in terms of operational and maintenance costs.

Commuters on the other hand are in support of the buses and are even demanding for more claiming that it is considerate to the common mwananchi.
The commuters say despite the reduced fare the buses are safe to use compared to matatus which at times passengers are robbed.
