Mathare united has signed a new sponsorship deal with OdiBets which will run for the next three seasons.
According to OdiBets Marketing Manager Dedan Mungai the company is excited to partner with a club that has great heritage in Kenya’s football scene.
Mungai says that the club shares the same story and vision with their focus of nurturing sports from the hood to national and international stardom.
The sponsorship deal will see players wearing jerseys with the betting company’s’ logo and also see the company getting involved in the development of grassroot football activities.
Odibets will also conduct charitable outreach programmes in conjunction with Mathare United.
Mathare FC head coach Francis Kimanzi has welcomed the sponsorship deal saying it will help the team improve its standards and that if more sponsors come onboard to support other teams it will create competition in the league.
