A JKIA court will rule on the bail application by Nancy Kigunzu alias Mathee Wa Ngara and 3 others in the bhang trafficking case on Thursday, 31st August 2023.
Kigunzu was charged alongside Teresa Wanjiru and two others, one of them being a minor.
Earlier this week, the accused, who were presented before Magistrate Njeri Thuku, denied the charges of trafficking bhang.
In the previous court session Kigunzu collapsed as the defense team led by lawyer Danstan Omari began arguing out her bail application.
The trial magistrate ordered that Kigunzu be brought back to the court on Wednesday, August 30, for bail determination after the court adjourned the proceedings.
The proceedings were held in camera because one of the victims is a minor.
Among the people who locked out proceedings are journalists and family members who were in parties to case.
