Bongo flava sensation, Mbosso has downplayed allegations of leaving Wasafi in the near future. Mbosso affirmed his stay at Wasafi till the end of time.
However, should the opportunity to leave Wasafi arise, he disclosed his wish not to go the “dirty way” like Harmonize and Rich Mavoko who have had longstanding squabbles with Diamond since their departures.
“Nikitakiwa niondoke Wasafi basi nafikiria wakina Diamond wataniambia ‘sasa hivi sasa unatakiwa uondoke hapa yaani ushakuwa, ushakuwa babu… nataka nikae kwenye nafasi ambayo sitaki iwe na chuki na mtu yeyote nataka niwe msanii wa Wasafi niendelee kufanya kazi Wasafi nikae Wasafi niienjoy mziki wangu na maisha yangu na mziki wangu nikifikia muda wa kufa nife nikapumzike” he explained partly.

According to Mbosso, Wasafi is more than his family leave alone it being his work station.
Yamoto Band Reunion
Mbosso further hinted on a reunion with his former band mates, Yamoto Band.
Before their split, Yamoto Band comprising of Marombosso(Mbosso), Enock Bella, Aslay and Beka Flavour was one of the biggest boy band’s in the East and Central African region.
Mbosso revealed that already he’s in the process of working on new projects with Aslay which will shake the industry.

Apart from that, he disclosed plans to have Yamoto Band release at least two songs annually with shows to announce their coming together.
“Wote ingekuwa kitu kikubwa sana kingetuweka kwenye wakati mzuri sana kwa sababu tukubali tukatae sisi watu wanatupenda sana” he continued partly.
Mbosso added that as much as it will give their fans what they’ve been yearning for it will also provide an avenue for new business grounds.
