As Coronavirus continues to bite the country, a man was today morning electrocuted in Tasia kijiji, Embakasi Nairobi an incident that shocked many.
He was rushed to Rheemah Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to Felix Choni who was at the scene, the deceased Mr. Denis Ongegu Nyagwencha arrived at Rheemah Hospital while still breathing through his health deteriorated before medication and he passed away.
‘‘He was brought in Rheemah by someone from Kwa Ndege just next to where the incident took place but unfortunately, he arrived here too weak… the hospital has done the report and we are waiting for the police.’’ He said.
According to the hospital report seen by Ghetto Radio News he was already dead by the time he arrived at the facility.
‘‘The above person was brought in dead at 10.00 am with a history of having been electrocuted…Kindly help them where possible.’’ The report reads in part.
The family is now calling on the area leaders to help them in burial arrangements and logistics saying they have been hit hard economically by coronavirus pandemic.
