Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga today caused drama at the National Cohesion and Integration Commission offices.
This is after she was allegedly kept waiting for too long.
Omanga who had been summoned by the commission says that she had been kept waiting for more than two hours.
She then stormed into one of the commissioners’ office demanding to know why they were holding other meetings and keeping her waiting.
“You have kept me waiting and you are just seated there. If you told me at 12, I would have come here at 12, if you told me at 11, I would have come here at 11,” shouted Omanga.
“If you knew that you were going take an hour for each and every member, you should have calculated and given me my day,” she stated.
NCIC had summoned 10 politicians including Gladys Wanga, Millicent Omanga, Aisha Jumwa, John Walukhe and Cleophas Malala over the election chaos witnessed in Kabuchai and Matungu constituencies.
Omanga denied involvement in the Kabuchai by-elections chaos saying the perpetrators were captured on television.
