The High court has for the third time postponed to deliver judgement in the murder case of businesswoman Monica Kimani,

TV anchor Jackie Maribe and ex-fiance Jowie are linked to the murder.
Justice Grace Nzioka settled for 15th March 2024 after lawyers representing Jackie Katwa Kigen applied to have the judgement set aside since Jackie was unwell and could attend court.
The first accused person, Joseph Irungu alias Jowie, appeared in court for delivery of the verdict.
Her lawyer did not divulge the nature of the illness and did not tender medical documents to support alleged illness.
The first time, the judge was sick and could not travel to Nairobi to deliver the judgment.
In the second time adjournment, Lady Justice Grace Nzioka said she received the exhibits which are crucial in helping her determine the case as late as, Thursday, December 14 at 7 O’clock.
Maribe and Jowie were charged with Kimani’s murder.
 The mutilated body was found at her residence in Lamuria Gardens apartment, in Kilimani, Nairobi.
The prosecution called 35 witnesses who testified against the two.
