Mudavadi Slams Uhuru’s State Of The Nation Address
Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi has slammed the State Of The Nation address by President Uhuru Kenyatta saying that it was not reflecting the ideal economic state of the country.
Mudavadi while speaking during the launch of ANC improved digital platform said the president did not clearly explain the high state of unemployment and huge public debt on the shoulders of Kenyans.
“…one statistics that was missing in the State Of The Nation address is that out of Ksh. 11Trillion GDP, 7.5 Trillion is public debt we owe foreign countries…if we have the economy that is working then why high level of unemployment and high cost of living?” Mudavadi posed.
Meanwhile, the ANC Party has launched the youth chapter as a way to cast its net wider to capture the youth.
Currently the ANC party boasts of working with fresh minds with Simon Kamau being the youngest among all secretary generals of all registered political party at the helm of its leadership.
The ANC Party boss also said that the party is on consultation with other parties to form a strong alliance that will deliver victory in most anticipated 2022 general poll and also putting the IEBC deadline concerning formation of political collisions into consideration.
“The deadline that will come next year about the collisions don’t panic, we want to grow widened the net, talk to other people the accordance to the IEBC requirement we will fulfill”, said Mudavadi.
