Controversial Doctor Mugo Wa Wairimu has been charged afresh with twelve counts including rape, masquerading as a gynaecologist and operating a clinic without valid lisenses.
The case against him however did not go on after he asked for an adjournment as his lawyer failed to show up in court for the third time.
Milimani Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo warned Mugo that he will not entertain further adjournments.
The case will be mentioned on 3rd May.
Mugo is also charged with administering unknown drugs to a person, unlawfully carrying out the business of a pharmacist yet not registered with the pharmacy and poisons board, stocking and using unvalidated medical laboratory reagents and emplying an unregistered and unlicensed laboratory technologist.
