Elegeiyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has been booed down at the Bomas Of Kenya during the launch of the BBI report.
Murkomen who was invited to speak courted trouble the moment he started to fault the organization of the meeting at the Bomas of Kenya saying those with a different opinion were barred from speaking.
The outspoken senator especially took issue with how Suna East MP Junet Mohamed was running the programme.
“Your Excellency i must point out that there are very many things that are wrong here, even how Junet is running this programme is incorrect,” said Murkomen.
Murkomen’s sentiments sparked a series of booing from a section of the audience who seemingly found fault his sentiments.
Homabay Women Representative Gladys Wanga was among the people in the crowed who were booing Murkomen.
“I demand a right to be heard and i demand a right to give my views to the people of Kenyans,” shouted Murkomen amidst the boos.
BBI Taskforce Chairman Yusuf Haji had to interject to allow Murkomen address the audience and finisoh his speech.
Before Murkomen was National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale who cited faulted falsehoods emerging from the political class and a section of civil servants surrounding the president.
