Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has refunded Sh11.8m paid by NYS in 2015.
he says he wired the funds to CBK after realizing he was overpaid.
Ngunyi revealed this Tuesday after appearing before the Committee to answer to queries raised by the Auditor General about the multi-million-shilling NYS scandal.
PAC Chairman Nicholas Gumbo Last week directed Ngunyi to refund Sh12.5 million, with interest since he has been holding the money for over a year now.
