Two years ago, Lilian Migwi took the internet by storm with the revelation that her blood sister had snatched her husband. She was completely devastated and disoriented as she wondered how she would support herself with her child, she was also pregnant with her second child. However, God sent her a prince charming who accepted her together with her children.

The heart wrenching story saw Lilian confide in her parents and elders in having her man back, still, her efforts were thwarted when both her husband and sister clung to each other.

She was totally broken, however, she vowed to let them be since she was fighting a loosing battle.

“You know we involved our parents, we involved yaani wale watu tulikuwa tunaona at least wanaweza skizwa” she stated partly.

Underwent Ridicule

By airing her story, Lilian wanted to ease the pressure inside her.

She also wanted to encourage other women who were going through the same predicament.

However, she faced a lot of criticism with many trolling her why she decided to open up.

She was troubled and even contemplated pulling down her viral video from social media.

Luckily, a few friends nudged her to keep her head high and truly miracles started tripping in.

From her menial jobs like doing laundry for a fee, well-wishers started sending in money for her upkeep from as far as the USA.

Meeting Her Prince Charming

A prayerful Lilian noted that she had given up on love, however, a voice inside her spoke to her to give it a try.

The moment had seen the petite woman get handful of suitors who were offering to marry her.

Her would-be husband had come across her video and knew she was her God-sent rib.

Based in the USA, he reached to Lilian through social media but still she was skeptical.

Her man was also a believer and kept encouraging her.

They later met in Dubai where the man engaged her in a lavish ceremony.

When she flew back to Kenya, they embarked on wedding plans.

However, she lost her mother during the process.

Nonetheless, Lilian was proud that her mother had okayed her marriage to her new man before her demise.

Today, Lilian is bubbly and full of joy that God came through for her at her lowest moment.

She advises other women who are going through what she went through not to give up on God.

One of the reasons that also saw her thrive is acceptance, forgiveness and letting go.

She now marvels that her new husband accepted  her with all her children, the kids have also come to love her man despite him not being their biological father.
