The National Environment Management Authority NEMA will now collaborate with county government askaris, to ensure those who are found with plastic bags are arrested.
In an exclusive interview with Ghetto Radio Eric Deche from NEMA enforcement and Education department, says the authority will do orientation to county askaris and eventually hand over full implementations duties to county governments.
