A Netherlandese has been charged in Milimani Law Court for engaging indecent acts with a minor.
According to the charge document, Jan In’t Ved alias Mzungu intentionally touched the private part of a 16 year old minor.
The offense was alleged committed in Turbo, Uasin Gishu County.
Jan was also charged with sexual communication with a child where he is accused of communicating with a minor on WhatsApp with the intention to encourage the minor communicate in sexual manner.
Jan, however, denied all eight counts of charges.
During the entire court session Jan was violent and uttering unprintable words against journalist and court staff.
The lawyers representing the suspected pedophile applied he be released on reasonable lenient bond terms.
The prosecution objected to the application raised by the defense team, citing that the accused was at flight risk, adding that he was nabbed at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport ready to leave the country after he got a wind that he was being pursued by police.

The court also heard that the accused is not eligible for bail since he was in the country on a tourist visa, which had also expired by the time arrest.
The ruling on bond application by the defense team is slated for Monday next week
