Since his release from prison on July 31, he had an orange bandanna which he used to disguise his face.
However, this time round he did away with the bandanna revealing his swollen face not forgetting several tattoos.

From the look, it was evident that Kartel was suffering. Still, Kartel oozed confidence while affirming that he was taking each day at a time.
The Clarks hitmaker further shared his gratitude for the higher being while panting faintly.
Graves Disease
When Kartel was still behind bars, his lawyer Isat Buchanan put up a spirited fight for his release not only pointing out at his deteriorating health but also at his innocence.
According to Isat Buchanan, Kartel was suffering from Graves disease and a heart condition which needed urgent surgery or could be fatal if missed.
The condition was also being worsened by the deplorable prison conditions he was subjected to.
The aftermath left Kartel with protruding eyes which required specialized spectacles with his neck and face also swelling.

One of the most noticeable sign linked to Graves disease is the formation of a goitre, the enlargement of the thyroid gland.
