Denis Oliech was left out of the 25 players called for AFCON and CHAN preparations.
The list is dominated by local players with likes of Michael Olunga, Patrick Matasi and Victor Wanyama left out.
Harambee star’s head coach Sebastien Migne, gave his trust on local players providing a chance for them to prove their worth. Kariobangi Sharks offered 5 players of the 25 called for the national duty.
Training begins on Tuesday 19th February at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies. Elvis Nandwa, Abdallah Hassan, Farouk Shikalo, Allan Wanga, and Benard Ochieng whose teams are based outside Nairobi will join the rest of the squad in next week’s training session.
