According to the Ipepete singer, there was nothing out of the ordinary in the much talked about Diamond’s performance.
Masauti seemed to be telling Diamond to calm down when he affirmed that his recent inclusion at October Fest was one of the biggest outings in Kenya.

He further noted that despite Nyashinki not having many overseas bookings like Diamond, but regionally he’s the main man.
“Unajua Nyashinki wewe? Ata mimi nikimweka Nyashinki na nani bro Nyash ako top bro, Nyash ashafanya ile kitu Diamond amefanya jana zaidi ya vile amefanya yeye jana na Nyash bado hajaanza kupiga steps hizo za kwenda kule ambaye yeye ameanza kwenda sijui wapi, Nyasha bado anacheza hapa nyumbani lakini vitu anavifanya ni kubw sana yani” he stated.
Masauti further added that Kenya has it’s big names the likes of Nyashinki and Khaligraph who fill venues matching the audience at the October Fest.
“Ajue pia kuna wasanii wakubwa kama kina Nyash, Khaligraph wanavitu vitu kama hivyo vile yeye alifanya jana, wanavifanya apa everyday”
