NYS lead investigator accused of doing business with the suspects

One of the suspects in the NYS scandal has released a mind blowing affidavit saying he did business with one of the investigating officers in the NYS scandal.

In a sworn affidavit, Jeremiah Gichini Ngirita the brother to Ann Ngirita who was allegedly paid for supplying nothing to the NYS says claims Julius Kingoo Muia was his business partner in the many business deals he did with NYS.

“I together with Mike Julius Kingoo Muia, have been carrying out business of supplying hardware and renovating facilities at the National Youth Service in Gilgil,” he said.

He says the officer investigating vowed to use his position to fight the family after their relationship went sour.

“That however, in the recent past, business relationship between Mike Julius Kingoo Muia, myself and our family has gone sour,

Gichini also claims that the investigator made sexual advances towards his sister Ann Ngirita several times.

According to Gichini, the officer asked his two sisters to meet him in Lang’ata two days before they were arrested.

“At the meeting, he suggested that we should proceed to his residence to take refreshments which we declined. He then told us that he would take the statement of Ms Wambere at his residence alone as they enjoyBlack Label Whisky which we declined,” he further says .
