Kenyan International Michael Olunga has vowed to keep fighting even after their two nil defeat against Algeria in their opening match at the African Cup Of Nations in Cairo Egypt.
Olunga who is a striker in the Harambee Stars Matched penned an emotional message on his social media page telling Kenyans that they learnt the hard way and that they will not give up.
“Emotions still raw that we couldn’t win the battle against a worthy opponent. In the end ,we heard to learn the hard way But,I WILL NOT GIVE UP and will fight till the end . Thank you for the support,” wrote Olunga.
While some of Olunga’s fans sympathised with him for working with a weak mid field players, some took him on and castigated
“All the best. You were idle uko mbele. No one to feed you with balls. Mid was dead,” wrote Major Obiero General.
Harambee Stars got off to a disappointing start at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations after falling 2-0 to Algeria on Sunday.

Fans are hoping that the Stars will redeem their image in their next match against Tanzania.
