Speaking in London on Tuesday when he engaged Kenyans living and working in the United Kingdom, H.E President Dr. William Samoei Ruto revealed that, the Government is set to shutdown more hospitals for engaging in fraudulent activities ment to defraud the Social Health Authority millions of tax payers money.
The head of state also assured Kenyans in Diaspora that SHA is working contrary to reports from a section of opposition leaders.
” Our Social Health Authority is working. In eight months, the transformative medical scheme has served more than 4.9 million people, way above what NHIF would have managed,” President Ruto assured.

” Our health programme must remain efficient and incorruptible,” Ruto asserted.
This comes a few days after Cabinet Secretary for Health Aden Duale warned Kenyans against colluding with hospitals to steal from SHA.
