The Kenya National Union of Nurses insist that the government through ministry of health must just come on board and form a special Commission that will be handling health officers Welfare country wide.
The Kenya National Union of Nurses Secretary General Seth Panyako says that the county governments have failed to handle the welfare and other human resource issues of nurses and doctors working for them.
