It was all system go at Lasida Grill as pilsner and ghetto radio fans got to enjoy their Jamuhuri celebration with a live activation in Nakuru.

The Nakuru activation was a success as fans of Pilsner got to enjoy themselves with reggae music from DJ Chara and DJ Voke di Voke.

Moses Ochieng, a Nakuru resident thanked Ghetto Radio and Pilsner for recognizing Nakuru City and bringing the activation to their doorstep.

“I want to thank Ghetto Radio and Pilsner for recognizing the youngest city in the country and bringing the activation to our county. We also got the opportunity for meeting the voices we listen on radio through the pilsner activation,” Ochieng said.

“Pilsner as a brand was since forgotten but the activation will remind people that the beer still exits and I can attest that the taste and packaging has not even changed,” he added.

Elsie Kinyanga a Pilsner brand ambassador says he chose to work with Pilsner because it is a legendary drink.

“I choose to work with Pilsner because it is a legendary drink and we have made a huge sale because they have partnered with Ghetto radio and people wanted to remember their old drink,” Elsie said.
