Police Arrest Student With Bhang, Illicit Brew

Police in Kisumu are holding a Form Three student who was caught peddling bhang to fellow students at Rapogi Mixed Secondary School in Seme, Kisumu County.

Stephen Otieno was caught with 11 sticks of bhang which he was allegedly peddling amongst his school colleagues.

According to a police report seen by Ghetto Radio, the school’s principal had alerted the area chief after finding the student in possession of bhang.

“Today at around 11am, the West Seme  and the assistant chief Reru received a phone from the principal Rapogi sec school about a student found in possession of bhang in school and his selling amongst the students. We rushed to the school and upon interrogation we found him with eleven sticks of Bhang,” reads the police report.


The report further indicates that the information the boy shared led the officers to their home where they found 773 more sticks of bhang, 15 litres of changaa and 60 litres of Kangara.

“All these belonged to one Caroline Ouma whom we booked at the same post,” the report further stated.

The suspects are currently being held at Kombewa police station waiting to be arraigned in Court on Monday.
