Police Clash With Sabasaba Prosters in Nairobi

Police were today forced to use teargas canisters to disperse Sabasaba prostestors in the streets of Nairobi.

The group led by former member of Parliament Agoustino Neto, Kenya Tutakayo, Students caucus was demanding quick address of police brutality, respect to constitution of Kenya and favourable working environment in Kenya.
“We shall keep the spirit going and we must take part to liberate this country and all Kenyans must be respected and live in peace pursuing liberty and happiness,” Neto said.

Maxwell Magawi of University caucus slammed the government for increasing taxes on food items saying students will suffer now that they depend so much on internet for thier studies.
“Since Covid-19 started we are getting a huge percentage of learning materials including some lessons so where do you want students to get the additional cash for airtime and all that I mean this is an acceptable and requires immediate redress.” Magawi said.
