Police edge out stubborn Nairobi Stima in round 18 fixture

Kenya Police labored past a stubborn Nairobi Stima, winning 2-1 in the end, in one of six National Super League matches played on Sunday, May 23, 2o21.

Sammy Ndungu gave Kenya Police the lead in the 9th minute. Nairobi Stima made several attempts to equalize the scores but was met by a solid Kenya Police defense hence the first half scores closed at 1-0

After the intermission, Nairobi Stima managed to equalize the scores in the 54th minute however this was short-lived as eleven minutes later, John Njoroge got back the lead for Kenya Police.

Nairobi Stima now under pressure to equalize the scores made countless efforts to get back on the map but the final whistle sealed off the scores at 2-1
