Police have offered a Ksh. 10 Million reward to anyone who has information that will help them find terror convict Elgiva Bwire alias Seife Deen.

An alert issued by the National Police Service describes Bwire has gone underground and is armed and dangerous.

According to the alert, Bwire who has served 10 years in prison after he was convicted of terror related charges has vowed to conduct retaliatory attacks on security personnel and civilians.

“Elgiva vowed to carry out retaliatory attacks in the country against civilians and security personnel. He has gone underground and is believed to be planning to carry out attacks,” reads the alert.

Bwire was released from the Kamiti Maximum Prison on Thursday last week.
