Popular Kenyan musician dies in grisly Road accident

Popular Kalenjin secular singer Amon Kipkirui popularly known as ‘Rhino Kaboom’ has died in a grisly road accident.

According to reports, the 27 year old died on Sunday night after his motorbike collided head on with a Toyota Probox at Emining-Eldama-Ravine road.

The father of one died on the spot following the collision.

The body of the deceased was taken to Eldama Ravine sub-county Hospital mortuary.

“The road is a black spot marred with sharp corners and potholes,”  a police officer told local reporters.

Rhino is famed for hits like Lulu, Chomyet Verah, Monica, Tamu Tamu, Beril Chomyet, among others.

He is survived by his wife and a son.
