After a super win on Saturday in the Mashemeji Derby Gor Mahia fans have not taken it lightly.The Kogalo fans took to the streets to celebrate and coined their dominance in the Kenya Premier League.

According to Ezekiel Kawere Rutha alias Cj Kawere Twitter he travelled all the way from Kisumu just to catch a glimpse when Kogalo was playing.He describes yesterday’s match as unique and that the team should maintain the same spirit.

How it Went Down
Gor Mahia managed to dispossess AFC Leopards and launched a quick counter-attack. A well-calculated pass from Austin Odhiambo found the league’s leading scorer, Benson Omala, who slotted it past the oncoming Leopards’ keeper for a 1-0 lead, sparking chants of joy from the Gor Mahia fans who were following closely from the terraces.
Kogalo struck again in the 56th minute when Patrick Sibomana’s low pass beat Opiyo, allowing Omala to tap the ball into an empty net, marking his sixth goal in six matches this season.
