Other Inmates Hired To Kill Him To Suppress Evidence

According to a 20-page emergency motion filed on Tuesday by Kelly’s attorney, Beau Brindley, he pointed an accusing finger at the Bureau of Prisons and Department of Justice of hiring other inmates to kill Kelly in an elaborate effort to suppress evidence of alleged constitutional violations that were committed during the singer’s federal prosecutions in Chicago and New York.

Additionally, Kelly’s defense team asserted that federal officers stole attorney client evidence communications, used them to bully key witnesses into testifying against Kelly and then sought to end Kelly’s life once his defense team began exposing them.

Subsequently, Kelly’s defense pointed out that two Aryan Brotherhood members- Mikeal Glenn Stine and David Keith Harris were contracted by prison officials and given a greenlight to kill Kelly.
