A Canadian rapper plummeted to his death after a stunt for his video shoot went horribly wrong.

Jon James McMurray, 34 reportedly trained for months to perform a stunt that involved walking on the wing of a moving aircraft.

His management reports that he walked to the end of the wing forcing the aircraft to spiral to one side toppling him.

“His final act included performing an airplane stunt that included rapping while walking on the wing. He had trained intensively for this stunt, however, as Jon got further out onto the wing it caused the small Cessna to go into a downward spiral that the pilot couldn’t correct. “

His management said he held on too long and could not launch his parachute.

Jon held onto the wing until it was too late, and by the time he let go, he didn’t have time to pull his chute. He impacted and died instantly.” Wrote his management
