Rogue Chief Extorting Shisha Business Owners
The Shisha pot business operators in Pangani area protesting an alleged constant harassment and collection of unjustified levies by the area’s administration chief.
Jeff Alekenyang a Shisha pot owner is accusing area chief Joseph Muinde of collecting a fine of between sh200 or 500 everyday from each stall failure to which their pots are consficated.
According to Alekenyang the chief moves around at night in a company of police officers from Pangani police station to faciliate fee collection.
Chief Muinde however refused to comment on the matter when contacted by Ghetto Radio.
