President William Ruto has arrived at Moi Stadium Embu to lead the nation in the 60th Madaraka Day Celebrations.
Ruto has been accompanied by First Lady Rachael Ruto.
This is Ruto’s first Madaraka Day Celebrations since he was elected President in August 2022.
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua also arrived at the stadium accompanied by his wife Dorcas Rigathi.
A number of government officials including Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, MPs and Diplomats are in attendance.
