A Cabinet Secretary and a UDA MP are involved in a brawl over ownership of a Ksh. 120 Million house.
The MP claims that the CS forcefully occupied his house in Karen under the heavy protection of the police.
According to the MP the house was still under renovation when the CS allegedly kicked out the workers and occupied the house.
A video shows the police officers at some point subduing the the MP’s wife during the takeover.
Other reports however indicate that the house had been put for sale by the MP and the CS had expressed interest.
She then allegedly paid a 10 percent deposit for the house to the MP as per the agreement.
According to the Senior Lawyer the MP then got a better offer exceeding the CS’s by around 20 to 30 million hence the tussle.
