Safaricom PLC has announced that its M-Pesa PayBill services are down.
The telecommunication company on Tuesday, January 23 morning said it was experiencing a recurring service intermittency affecting the service.
“We are experiencing a recurring service intermittency affecting some PayBill payments. The issue is under resolution by our technical team, we shall inform you once normal services resume,” Safaricom said.
The mobile service provider has apologised to its customers for any inconveniences caused.
Lat week the company issued cash back and airtime to customers as a token of appreciation for their patience after the Tuesday M-Pesa delays.
