Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja has made significant changes in his cabinet a move geared to improve service delivery.
In his new cabinet formation, the County boss appointed Social Services Chief Officer Godfrey Akumali as the new County Secretary taking over from Patrick Analo.
Analo will now retain his role as chief officer Urban Planning and Development in substantive capacity.
“In addition,Mr. Godfrey Akumali has been appointed Acting County Secretary while Mr. Patrick Analo Akivaga will continue in his substantive role as Chief Officer Urban Planning and Development,” the communication reads.

- Patrick Mbogo: Transitioned from Borough Administration and Personnel to Built Environment and Urban Planning.
- Brian Mulama: Shifted from Mobility and Works to Talents, Skills Development, and Care.
- Ibrahim Auna Nyangoya: Reassigned from Green Nairobi to Business and Hustler Opportunities.
