Mathare residents are decrying the high rate of insecurity following the August school holidays.
The residents who spoke to Ghetto Radio News say that young school boys are engaging in broad daylight theft snatching phones and handbags from women.
“I saw them snatching phones here from women who were from work. Rogue cop Rashid was forced to fire in the air to stop them, ” said one of the residents.
They are now calling on parents to keep closer watch on their children to protect them from murder by the rogue cop famously known as Rashid.
“These boys need to change or else they will get killed,” he further stated.
