Children across the country have reported back to school after closure for nine months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

A spot check by Ghetto Radio revealed a normal situation in schools apart from the masks the learbers were wearing.

Most schools are struggling with social distancing since the capacity has remained the same despite calls to have them keep social distances.

Education CS George Magoha visited Olympics Primary School in Kibera where he alsob experienced the issue of overcrowding.

But apart from the overcrowding issue, all the learners were wearing masks.

“Apart from overcrowding everything else is normal.Every child is masked and most of the masks were provided by the govt of Kenya. We shall also give another 140 desks to this school,” said Magoha.
