Security Heightened In Kenyan Airports After Istanbul Terror Atack
Security has been heightened in all airports in the country following the Intanbul terror attack that ocurred last night that killed at least 36 people.
Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet says security has also been heightened in other areas as well to avert a possible attack.
A triple suicide bombing and gun attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk airport has killed at least 36 people, including foreigners, with Turkey’s prime minister saying early signs pointed to an assault by the Islamic State group.
Turkish authorities say the attackers began spraying bullets at the international terminal entrance before blowing themselves up at around 10:00 pm yesterday.
