Shock, Anger Mar NMS Green Park Trial

Matatu users and operators showed their devastation early this morning after the NMS commenced the two-phased trial of the Greenpark Terminus.

The trial by NMS is meant to tame congestion in town.

It was however evident early this morning that many commuters to town did not have a clue about the sudden move and were left in shock.

Those heading to the CBD were forced to walk a long distances than the usual to reach their destinations.

Some matatu operators who protested the move faced arrests and their vehicles towed to the yard.
