Diamond’s manager and Morogoro south Mp, Hamisi Shaban TaleTale popularly known as Babu Tale has revealed that they were offered weed by American rapper, Snoop Dogg when the pair visited him at his Us home.

Speaking during a recent online engagement,Babu Tale added that they declined the offer as it not only goes beyond his honourable status but it is also against their Tanzanian culture.

The youthful parliamentarian further disclosed that he was fascinated by meeting Snoop in person since he had grown admiring the rap legend.

“Nikasisimka unakutana na msanii unaemzimia …I was like wow akanitembezea,ule jamaa aliyetupeleka akamwambia he’s honorable he can’t smoke here,sheria yetu hairuhusu kuvuta bangi akaendelea kuvuta ata wakati tunapiga picha alificha ila moshi ukawa mwingi,” stated Tale.

Swizz Beats Connection

According to Tale, renowned record producer and husband to Alicia keys,Swizz Beats was their contact person during their Us visit.

The legendary beat maker had willingly agreed to work as a producer on Diamond’s album.

“Swizz ndio alikuwa anatutengenezea hizo nafasi na akasema kwamba hii album ya Diamond mi nitakuwa co.producer wa kila kitu ko tunaishi naye hivo” He explained

Swizz Beats also introduced them to rap mogul,P. Diddy with whom they also had a good time with despite being kept waiting before their meeting.

It’s Suicidal Separating Diamond From Zuchu

On Diamond’s relationship with Wasafi’s signee,Zuchu Tale stated that it’s suicidal separating the two since emotions are involved.
