Speculations are rife that actor and singer Pascal Tokodi broke up with Grace Ekirapa as clamor for “Soft Life” lead to their separation.
The once inseparable couple are said to have gone separate ways in October last year.

Living Beyond Their Means
According to a source who happens to be a close friend of the couple and was even present at their wedding, financial constraints was the core reason for their separation.
Grace who had left her job as a t.v host was all out showcasing a life of opulence on social media.

Pascal remained the sole provider with Grace being a stay-at-home wife.
However, their lifestyle on social media still depicted a couple who had it all fixed up.
Their downward spiral is said to have emanated by the thirst for a car.
It is said that Pascal opted for a cheaper car specifically a Mazda Demio.
However, Grace pushed him to get a more expensive car with Pascal going for a loan to service it.
The source further revealed that the couple spent quite a fortune in renovating their rented apartment to fit their standards.
“Pascal and I are super close and what he said to me is he preferred to buy a cheaper whip, preferably a Demio to begin life with but Grace advised they get a much bigger machine. That’s how Pascal took a loan and purchased the Mazda CX-5 AT Sh. 1.9 million that you might have seen him cruise around with. He is still servicing the car loan” revealed the source.
Their religious backgrounds is also said to have contributed to their separation with Grace being a believer and Pascal being a non-believer.

Grace is said to have even tried to cut down on Pascal’s circle which she termed ungodly.
She is also alleged to have tried getting Pascal out of a collaboration with King Kaka citing exploitation.
However, her pleas fell on deaf ears.
“She even didn’t want him to do the King Kaka collabo arguing they were exploiting him” further added the source.
