Former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko will this morning be presented in court as detectives seek more time to hold him over his claims on the 2017 election violence.
Sonko spent the night at the Muthaiga Police cell after recording a statement with the DCI yesterday.
The former governor alleged that he and Kibicho dressed up goons in ODM T-Shirts and burnt vehicles along Ngong Road.

Sonko made the remarks at a rally in Dagoretti South Constituency where he had accompanied Deputy President William Ruto.
Kibicho has however refuted the claims and has accused Sonko of slander.
The PS had also stated that he will file a law suit against the governor.
