Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa has been implicated in the fake nude photos doing rounds on Social Media.
Three journalists who had been arrested with links to the nude photos claim that the photos came from the CS who had allegedly asked them to use them to frame his political rival Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala.
According to one of the journalists the CS called them and sent them a photo asking them to edit it and use it to tarnish Malala’s name.
Messages seen by Ghetto Radio News show the conversation between the journalists and CS Echesa telling him how they were working on the photoshop.
In the conversation the journalist is further asking the CS to send them Ksh. 5,000 to finish up the job.
The journalists had been arrested after Malala complained to the police about the photos.
They were briefly held at the KICC Police Station but later set free.
They have however confessed their mistakes and asked for forgiveness from the senator.
