Swazuri argues that parliamentary Land committee of 2012,office of the attorney general and a court ruling of 2012 acknowledged that in deed Drive Inn Primary and Ruaraka secondary land was a private property belonging to AfrisonN Import and Export Limited.
He further questioned why there were eye brows after the commission paid the money partially yet they have given 15 days for public inquiry and no one showed up except the owner.
Meanwhile the EACC has forwarded the names of Swazuri and three other commisssioners to the office of the director of public prosecution over the matter.
