Tanzanian singer famed for her ‘Nitarejea’ song featuring Diamond Platnumz has been diagnosed with a heart problem.
Hawa has been ailing for months now and Tanzanian doctors advised her to seek further treatment in India.
After being blocked from travelling to India for lack of medical records, Hawa finaly managed to travel in the company of Diamond’s manager Babu Tale and her mother Ndagina Said.
Babu Tale shared the news about Hawa’s condition on social media saying she would need a comprehensive procedure.
“I thank God we arrived safely in India. Several medical tests were done on Hawa, and doctors did not find any problem with her liver. They, however, say she has a heart problem, which requires a major surgical procedure to correct. I request you to continue praying for her. Also pray for Diamond Platnumz to have the will to continue funding Hawa’s medical bill,” he said
Earlier reports claimed Hawa was suffering from a liver-related disease due to excessive drinking.
