This Petition Is About Numbers not Process,Lawyer Githu Muigai Trashes Raila Case

The Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission did not break any law in the whole electoral process.

This is according to IEBC lawyer Githui Muigai who says the presidential petition before the Supreme Court revolves around the numbers presidential candidates got and not the electoral process.
“This was a transparent elections ..was it a perfect election no because there is no a perfect election..The petitioners have argued everything apart from numbers. The petition is about numbers. Numbers don’t lie” Githu told courts.
Githu further defended Chebukati saying all accusations against him by the petitioners were personal and are meant to vilify him and his office.
